Inter-Water Australia conference & exhibition is focused on the role of innovative and disruptive technologies in the efficient and sustainable supply and use of water.
Those who depend on water to carry out their business (in the private and the public sectors, and in the investment community) face huge and growing risks – of not being able to continue their business, or to meet required environmental or quality standards, because of shortcomings in supply, monitoring and quality.
Inter-Water Australia tackles head on these ‘water risks’ faced by business, society and government, and will set out the potential solutions, most notably the innovations based on the use of new technologies that can totally transform water use efficiency, quality control and monitoring, and social, economic and financial resilience.
Inter-Water Australia showcases ‘disruptive’ technology innovations – i.e. innovations that can dramatically increase the efficiency of water use; could eliminate the need for water altogether in some areas; or challenge the way water is currently used in many applications.
At Inter-Water Australia, we believe that innovation in the sustainable supply and use of water lies at the heart of Australia’s future economic wellbeing:
Firstly, by helping to make our society more resilient in the face of the future uncertainties over our most precious and finite resource.
Secondly, and just as importantly, by providing an outlet on the world stage for Australian ingenuity that can become a substantial source of foreign exchange earnings.
